I’m no professional but this technique made so much sense to me & you’ve got to relax into it so make sure you take some time out of your day to get into it.

- Bath didn’t work for me
- hot water bottle didn’t work

Just quite honestly the most basic way worked!! I haven’t collected loads over the time but I’ve got some to take with me to the hospital so Rhys can feed her on her first day which I thought was super special. 🌸
